The Vision

The homeowners of Project Oakdale envisioned a home that blended design with sustainability. They sought a space that was as functional and energy-efficient as it was beautiful. To bring their vision to life, they turned to Krest Carpentry Inc., renowned for their meticulous attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.

Windows and Doors: A Comprehensive Installation

As part of the new build, 21 premium windows and 10 sleek doors were installed, enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the structure. JELD-WEN Tri-Pane windows, were chosen for their exceptional insulation and timeless design.

• Energy Efficiency: Featuring triple-pane glass, Low-E coating, and argon gas filling, these windows minimize energy loss, keeping the home warm during harsh winters and cool through the summer.
• Design Elegance: With a sophisticated black exterior and crisp white interior, the ES7000 windows perfectly complement the home’s modern aesthetic.

The home design encompassed much more than just windows and doors, ensuring every detail of the house was thoughtfully crafted.

• A Vibrant Basement: The basement is a versatile space designed for modern living. With sleek flooring, state-of-the-art lighting, and a welcoming environment, it is perfect for family gatherings, a home office, or entertainment.
• Garage and Sunroom: The garage is designed for maximum storage and utility, while a 319 square feet three-season sunroom stands out as a key feature. With expansive windows and comfortable seating, the sunroom provides the ideal spot to enjoy each season’s beauty.
